Rong Kuo, Broker of Record, holds degrees from the University of Southern California and Harvard University, with a professional background in architecture. Rong brings a developer's eye to every engagement — understanding construction, design, and entitlement as well as the market. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and French.
We do not represent home buyers in traditional resale transactions. Our focus is exclusively on developers bringing new properties to market. We do, however, represent land buyers and provide comprehensive due diligence reports to support ROI analysis prior to selecting a development site.
